Pejman Alaghamandan, better known as Pej,  is a powerhouse in the recovery industry and community, working on the frontlines of the war against alcohol and drug addiction. After having a spiritual awakening himself and being pulled out of the gates of hell, he made a decision to dedicate himself to helping others and their families through his knowledge, experience, education, and expertise in the field of drug and alcohol addiction. Pej has a unique ability to navigate through various types of critical situations with calmness and ease that is unmatched. Whether he is dealing with a runaway on meth/fentanyl on Skid Row or a high-profile client from Beverly Hills who cannot put down the bottle, his true passion is etched into his core and shines through in the darkest moments. Pej has had the privilege to work alongside amazing people who all operate from a place of integrity and love. Throughout his years in the field of addiction, he has been blessed with the opportunity to team up with like-minded professionals, expanding his ability to help find the perfect solution for anyone struggling with alcoholism/addiction nationwide.

 Lauren Meadows is a highly skilled and compassionate sober companion and recovery services professional based in Los Angeles. With extensive experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment, she offers personalized support to individuals navigating the challenges of addiction recovery.

Lauren excels in case management, adeptly coordinating complex care plans to ensure clients receive tailored and comprehensive services. Her hands-on approach extends beyond daily support, providing guidance and encouragement to help clients achieve personal and recovery milestones.

Her work includes a notable tenure at an LGBT facility, where she specialized in creating inclusive and affirming environments. This experience deepened her understanding of the unique intersection between identity, mental health, and substance use, enabling her to deliver culturally competent care.
